General hire, Corporate functions, Group events, etc.
We require a 30% deposit on all bookings to be paid within 7 days of confirmation of bookings. The balance is to be paid within 30 days of completion of booking. If booking is cancelled within 48hrs deposit is refunded, if cancellation is within 24hrs 50% of deposit is refunded and if cancelled on the day deposit is non-refundable.

Cleaning Fee:
If the booking has the passengers consuming a large amount of alcohol then $100 holding deposit is to be made. This will be returned in full if the coach does not have to be cleaned in anyway when passengers have left the coach.

Bad Behaviour
The driver of the vehicle at time of job has the right to refuse any person or persons from the coach who is behaving badly and the driver has the right to terminate and cancel job at hand without a refund.

Waiting time/Overtime:
A fee will be charged if extra waiting time is required, this will be agreed to by customer before time will be extended. This will effect departure times as well as termination times.

Insurances:
M & L Mini Hire has full public liability insurance.

Alcohol:
The person making the booking will be responsible for any unauthorised alcohol brought onto the coach as no alcohol is to be taken onto the coach unless driver has authorised otherwise.

Smoking:
There is no smoking and any form of contraband permitted to be used in the vehicles.

Seatbelts:
Seat belts are fitted to all vehicles and under current legislation must be applied and fitted by each person travelling in vehicle, unless otherwise authorised.

Children and infants travelling in vehicle must adhere to normal child safety restraint rulings as per current R.T.A. guidelines.

Privacy Policy:
M & L Mini Hire is bound by the National Privacy Principles which explain how businesses are able to collect and deal with personal information about individuals.
All personal identifiable information collected is treated in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed in full or in part to anyone other than M & L Mini Hire booking and billing bureau.
